Your Business Tax Preparation Process

Your business tax preparation process is now easy and transparent, with simple pricing based on your business entity. Here is how it works.

1. Select your business entity

Use the options below to find your business entity type and view pricing. 

Single-Member LLC

For business owners filing as a single member LLC, treated as a “disregarded entity” by the IRS.

2. Fill out your business details

Select your business entity and answer additional questions about your business.

3. Complete your order

After completing the order form, enter your payment details, and select “Complete Purchase”.

4. Continue to intake form

After purchase, select “Continue to intake form” to proceed.

5. Sign the engagement letter

After selecting “Continue to intake form”, you will be automatically redirected to a portal where you will be asked to sign an engagement letter.

6. Submit your signature

After signing, select “Next”.

Press “Review” and submit your signature.

7. Start your order

Select “Start order”.

We will now receive your signed engagement letter and will proceed to sending your business organizer.

8. Your business organizer invite will arrive soon

You will receive an email invite to complete your organizer and/or setup up your client portal shortly.

This is a manual process and may take up to a day.

9. Open your client portal invite

Open your email invite and select “Create account & complete organizer”.

10. Create an account or sign in

You will be taken to a page to set up your secure portal.

If you already have an account with us, you will receive an email with a button named “View client” and it will ask you to sign in.

If you have trouble logging in, click here, select the “Forgot your password?” button to reset your password.

11. Start your organizer

Start your organizer by selecting the client organizer box.

12. Upload your tax documents

Toward the organizer’s end, you will be asked to upload your tax documents.

Upload all that you can, even if some are missing. You can come back and add documents later.

13. Finish the organizer

Complete the organizer to the best of your knowledge and submit it.

14. Your business tax return is being prepared

Great, we received the information we need to prepare your return. If we need additional details, we’ll reach out.

15. Your business return has been completed

You’ll receive an email to review and sign your return after it’s been completed.

16. Review and sign your return

Please take your time to carefully review your tax return. Remember that you are signing under penalty of perjury.

17. That's it

You’ve made it! Once you sign your return we’ll e-file it with the IRS and the state.

If you have a question about your return, this is how you can get a hold of us.

1. Head over to your order portal

2. Sign in

Enter your login credentials and sign in. These are the same ones you used when placing for your order.

If you are unable to log in, select “Forgot password?” and reset your password.

3. Select orders

Once inside the order portal, head over to the sidebar menu and select orders.

4. Select your order

Select your order number

5. Send us a message

On the order page, scroll down a little and send us a message.
